Hey my lovelies,

Since Dani and I are taking a break from Double Vision this week, I thought it’s time for another personal post.. I wanted to talk about who and what inspires me in blogging, in fashion, in life. I do get inspired by street fashion, fashion magazines, even tv shows, but my main source for inspiration is my fellow bloggers. For a while I have wanted to showcase a few bloggers who inspire me, and even though there are MANY others who do, right now these following ladies are my top inspirations.

Caroline of Curvy Wordy

Caroline has inspired me in many ways. Her blog couldn’t be further from mine (well in a fashion-blog category that is, haha), mine is about my personal style and hers is mostly about lingerie and how to dress for an extreme hourglass shape (mine=vanity, hers=helpful, haha). Her posts are mostly reviews, and she writes her reviews in amazingly detailed way. Her reviews make me see details that I never even thought about, and I admire her ability to write like that.. hopefully I’ll learn a bit of that one day :). Caroline has also inspired me to get better bras for myself. I have never thought about bra sizes that much, I just wore what fit me.. and of course the size I was wearing was totally wrong. Caroline has helped me a lot with that, and I notice a huge difference in my pics (my posture etc) when I wear right size bra. So my boobs thank you Caroline ;). She is also an amazing and generous friend, who inspires me to be a better friend myself. <3

Dani of DIY Fatshion

Ok, so if you have been a reader for a while it won’t be a surprise to you that this awesome lady is on my inspiration-list. Dani inspires me in countless ways. Her style is amazing, and even though we have many similar/same items of clothing, she always makes them look much cooler! I love her way of accessorizing, and I only hope that some of that rubs on me too :). She also has used a lot of time to make her blog look clean and pretty, and she was my main inspiration to get mine organized with this new layout and all. Dani inspires me to try new things with fashion, and like Caroline, she inspires me by being an amazing friend. <3

Franceta of Frantic Dreams

Now Franceta is FIERCE. I’m so in love with her daring style, and I hope that one day soon we all can wear her designs (she is in fashion school) and look that damn amazing too! Her outfits are always unique, and she looks absolutely stunning. She inspires me to push my boundaries and to try some fierceness too. I adore her clean and stylish blog layout too, gorgeous!

LuAnne of Weesha’s World

LuAnne’s wardrobe is probably the one I’d love to own the most. She’s got AMAZING legs that go on for miles, and she shows them off with short skirts and high heels! She’s got a great sense of style and what looks good on her, and I always look forward to her outfit posts. Now even if I stole her wardrobe (haha, I can always dream), it wouldn’t make sense since none of it would look good on me.. (well maybe some of the shoes would… *snap out of it Hanna*) everything looks like it was tailormade for LuAnne and her body. So yeah, what this long intro was about: LuAnne inspires me to dress the best as I possibly can for MY BODY, and I can only hope that one day I will look even half as amazing as she does.

Olivia of Wait Until The Sunset

The camera LOVES Olivia, and her smile is intoxicating. I absolutely love seeing her outfit posts, since this lady is naturally so sexy and beautiful. I don’t know if it’s her husband-to-be (who usually takes her photos) who makes her smile like that, but WOW. Olivia inspires me to try different poses and to get more comfortable in front of the camera (although in my case it’s for only a tripod, haha), and most of all, SMILE. <3

Ragini of Curious Fancy

Ragini is one of the most beautiful women I’ve ever seen, and her vintage-y style fits her perfectly. My own style is very different from Ragini’s, but she inspires me to find my own personal style. And I LOVE the fact that she wears whatever the hell she wants to (see the crop top in the pic for example), and looks gorgeous doing it. She inspires me to throw my insecurities about certain clothes out of the window and I love her for that.

So, like you can see, all these ladies inspire me in different ways, and I hope that I can learn something from each of them and that will make me a better blogger. In case you don’t know them yet, please visit their blogs and see for yourself what I was talking about, you won’t be disappointed.
