First of all, thank you for your lovely feedback on my last post and my situation. It means the world to me that you guys support me and have my back <3.

So how better to celebrate than with a festive outfit! The fauxfur coat is from Yours Clothing, and it feels so luxurious, and the fit is great too. I got the peplum top from Pink Clove, and it’s perfect for the party season. The fit is perfect, and the baroque pattern in the gold is lovely. The clutch and the bracelets are amazing goodies I have gotten from blogger events this autumn. The clutch is from Just Fab, and the bracelets are by Annie Haak (who I met at a blogger breakfast few weeks ago – really nice and talented lady). The IGIGI skirt you have already seen, but in these photos you can see it from the back too. It is such an amazing skirt! So yes, all in all this is one of my favourite outfits in a while, I think I should go to more parties ;).

Ihan ensimmäiseksi halaun kiittää ihanista kommenteista joita sain edelliseen postaukseeni. Se merkitsee mulle tosi paljon, että tässä tilanteessani mulla on tukea. Kiitos <3.

Sitä oloa voikin nyt sitten juhlistaa tällä juhlavalla asulla! Tekoturkis-takki on Yours Clothingilta, ja se tuntuu ihanalta päällä – ihan luksusta. Do you remember the preview post I did on IGIGI‘s Discovering Fall 13-collection? (If not, it is here.) There is so much gorgeousness in that collection, and I was excited when they asked if I’d want to have a few pieces. I chose Veronetta Cardigan in Onyx and Shura Draped Skirt in Black, and I wasn’t disappointed. The cardigan feels so luxurious, and the skirt is possibly the comfiest thing I’ve ever worn! I know that IGIGI is usually more glam than casual brand, but I can’t wait to wear the cardigan with jeans, and the skirt with a sweater, just to make casual outfits a bit more flashy :). In this post I wore them with pleather crop top, striped shirt and platform ankle boots – what do you think?

Muistatteko postaukseni IGIGI:n Discoverin Fall 2013-mallistosta? (Jos ette, niin se löytyy täältä.) Mallistossa on vaikka kuinka paljon ihanuuksia, joten olin erityisen innoissani, kun IGIGI:n edustaja kysyi haluaisinko itselleni pari vaatetta. Valitsin Veronetta villatakin ja Shura hameen, ja en kyllä ollut valintoihini pettynyt. Villatakki tuntuu tosi luksusmaiselta, ja hame on ehkä mukavin vaate joka päälläni on ollut! Yleensä IGIGI on tunnettu enemmän glamourista kuin perusvaatteista, mutta en malta odottaa, että käytän villatakkia farkkujen kanssa, ja hametta college-paidan kanssa.. ihan vaan tehdäkseni arkisista asuista hiukan näyttävämpiä :). Tässä postauksessa yhdistin ne tekonahkaiseen ‘napapaitaan’, raidalliseen kauluspaitaan ja korollisiin nilkkasaappaisiin – miltäpä näyttää?

I got the press release for IGIGI by Yuliya Raquel’s Discovering Fall 2013 Collection, and I wanted to share few of my favourites with you. IGIGI is not a brand that I feature a lot as the dresses are often a bit too dressy for my usual style (since my office doesn’t have a dress code etc), but there’s no denying that the dresses are absolutely gorgeous!! Why I’m featuring them now is that I saw a change in this new collection.. maybe it has always been there, but I just foolishly haven’t noticed.. I saw that there’s more separates that could be worn more casually too, and also some gorgeous jewellery that could be worn every day – especially nowadays when statement necklaces are worn with otherwise casual outfits. So here are a few of my favourites, some are already available, some are coming in the following weeks.. keep an eye on IGIGI’s Just in-page :).

Sain IGIGI by Yuliya Raquelin pressitiedotteen uudesta Discovering Fall 2013 mallistosta parisen päivää sitten, ja halusin jakaa parit lempparini teidän kanssa. En yleensä puhu IGIGIstä paljon blogissani, sillä vaikka mekot on aivan ihania ja laadukkaita, ovat ne yleensä liian juhlavia mun tyyliin. Meillä ei töissäkään ole pukukoodia, eli mulla ei oikein ole tilaisuuksia joissa käyttää merkin ihania mekkoja. Syy miksi kuitenkin nyt puhun merkistä on se, että viimeisimmässä mallistossa näkyy muutoksia joita en ole aiemmin nähnyt. Mallistoon on lisätty ylä- ja alaosia joita voi yhdistellä enemmän arkisiin vaatteisiin, eli ne sopisivat minunkin vaatekaappiin loistavasti. Mallistossa on myös upeita koruja, ja nykyaikanahan näyttäviä kaulakoruja käytetään ihan arkisten vaatteiden kanssa. Alla on joitain lemppareitani, joista osa on jo saatavilla, ja osa tulossa lähiviikkoina. Pitäkäähän silmällä IGIGIn Just in-sivua :).

This dress is a gorgeous blend of prints and lace, I’d love to try it on and see how it would look on me! // Tämä mekko on upea yhdistelmä printtejä ja pitsiä, olisi mielenkiintoista kokeilla miltä tämä mulla näyttäisi!

This dress is one of my favourites as it’s gorgeous, but could easily be dressed down with a denim jacket or a cardigan. // Tämä mekko on yksi lemppareistani, koska vaikka se on upea, sen saisi sopimaan myös arkeen yhdistämällä sen farkkutakkiin tai villatakkiin.

I just love this gorgeous necklace! // Rakastan tätä kaulakorua, niiiiiin upea!

I would wear this sequin-cardi with jeans and a tee for a casual look. It’s just amazing, and it also comes in black. // Yhdistäisin tämän paljetti-villatakin farkkuihin ja t-paitaan, ja tämä on tarjolla myös mustana. IHANA!

Here we go.. LOOK AT THIS COAT! I freaking LOVE it. And it’s name is Hanna – that has to be destiny and I need it in my wardrobe one day! // SIIS TÄÄ TAKKI. En ehkä kestä! Aivan ihana klassinen talvitakki, rakastan! Ja siis hei, takin nimi on Hanna.. tän on pakko olla joku päivä mun vaatekaapissa!

First of all, you are NOT seeing things.. it is a Fatshion Faceoff post, but no, it is not Wednesday. We have a special challenge today, and it deserved its own slot in our schedule :).  If you’re new to the blog, please see here what Fatshion Faceoff is about :). So, what is special about this post? First of all, it is not an item based – this is our first theme based Fatshion Faceoff. We got an opportunity to choose our ideal Valentine’s Day dresses from the amazing IGIGI by Yuliya Raquel and do the challenge based on that. How exciting is that?!?

IGIGI has the most stunning plus-size dresses and gowns, and I was excited to choose mine. I wanted it to be versatile though, that I can both glam it up or dress down if necessary. I ended up choosing the Rebecca Gown in Evergreen, and the dress is the most amazing shade of green I have ever seen, I absolutely love it! The dress came with the belt, but I ended up wearing it with a black belt, since it fit my whole outfit better. I teamed it up with my sequin blazer, a pair of kitten heels, silver necklace, red lippy and a gorgeous green bracelet that I got from Dani. Now as the only single Fatshion Faceoff-girl, all I need is a date!!! ;)
