OOTD: It’s snowy in the galaxy

So, is it snowing where you are? I’m off work today, thankfully. The Finn in me will never understand how this city goes crazy when it snows and nothing works, so I’m happy that I don’t have to use the public transport. And I wish all of you could have a duvet day too! I did brace the weather to take some outfit pics though, like I said, I’m Finnish and this little snow doesn’t stop me. Haha ;).
The lovely Simply Be PR ladies emailed me just after new year’s and asked if I wanted to do a review. They attached a look sheet of new items in the beginning of the year, and I admit I let out a little scream when I saw the galaxy print maxi. Seriously I could have chosen anything from that sheet, all the items were very appealing, but the maxi won me over with its vibrant print and unusual cut. I wasn’t sure if the cut was going to work for me, but I definitely wanted to give it a try. AND I LOVE IT. I was thinking whether to ask for size 22 or 24, but decided to go for 24, since I wanted it to sweep the floor – I’m sure you know that’s how I love my maxi’s ;)! I’m so happy I did that, since not only does it sweep the floor, but it flows really nicely over my belly too. I adore this dress, and I’m sure you will see more of it in my blog and Instagram in the future.

Haha, I had to add that windy picture in there – wind almost took my beanie ;)! Yes, this dress will definitely get more wears when the weather is summery and I can wear it without a jacket. Can’t wait! And if you’re a sucker for galaxy print too, I definitely suggest you give this dress a try, the print is divine!

The print looks great! I bought mine off Becky since she didn’t like it, and it isn’t available on the European site yet. Can’t wait to get it!

Surprisingly, it’s not snowing here! And I live in a state that is famous for snowy winters. For some reason, all the hot southern states are getting hit right now. It’s a freaky phenomenon! Oh, but we do have wind.. that sucks. :/
I did not like this dress at all on the website but, I LOVE IT on you! The pictures on the website just do not do the print justice and the shorter length on the model looks a little awkward. Good job recognizing this for the gem that it is! I am on a quest for a great galaxy print dress and I might consider this one now.
