Hello lovelies,

A while ago I was offered a chance to style a gorgeous Project D London for Simply Be tunic with 4 other bloggers, and of course I said yes! I love challenges and how different same items of clothing look on girls with different bodytypes and styles.

I wore mine to go out last Saturday, and I absolutely loved wearing it. I sized up 2 sizes to get the oversized look for this kaftan-style dress, and I’m happy with my decision to do that – it looks exactly like I wanted it to :). And hey, the print is my favourite city in the world – New York, so that makes me love it even more!

Fatshion Faceoff: 1st Anniversary Party

Hello lovelies,

Once again it’s Wednesday, and I’m sure you know it’s Fatshion Faceoff time! If you’re new to the blog, please see here what Fatshion Faceoff is about :). This week’s theme is our 1st anniversary, so we are wearing outfits that we’d wear if we’d have a chance to go and party together (I hope someday we will!). I can’t believe we have done this challenge for a year – that means 52 posts! I have also gotten to know these ladies better and I love them all <3!

So, what would I wear then? I got this tulip dress from ASOS sale in December, but I haven’t worn it yet. I love the shape of it, I have never owned something like this before. I wore it with my leopard heels from Clarks, and my flowery headband from Forever 21.

Double Vision: NYE

Hey my lovelies,

It’s Double Vision time again! In this challenge my amazing friend Dani and I are choosing a theme, item, movie character.. whatever we come up with basically, and style those our own way and post at the same time, more about the challenge here. This week’s theme was chosen by Dani, and she suggested that we’d show our ideal New Year’s Eve outfits.

Well, it’s NYE today, and Dani and me are both sick and not going to parties. But if I was going, this outfit would definitely be an ideal choice for me. I’m absolutely in love with this dress, I wore it to our office Christmas party a few week’s ago, and I felt so pretty in it. I have wanted a tutu-dress for ages, and when I saw this at Becky‘s blogsale, I knew I had to have it. It fits like a dream and I feel like a princess in it :))).

Ways to Wear Challenge: Fabulously Festive

The lovely Gemma of Big Girls Browse started Ways to Wear challenge last month, the challenge has a new theme every month, and any blogger can take part of it. Brilliant, isn’t it? (Please see more in this Gemma’s post.)

The second monthly challenge is a ‘Fabulously Festive’. I actually have two dresses that I wanted to wear for this.. one for Christmas and one for New Year’s. My choice was the other way around at first, but I just CAN’T WAIT to show you this dress!!! I will be wearing this beauty for Christmas, and I will feel like a princess in it in the snowy Finland ;)! I warn you, this post is very photo-heavy, but hey, why wouldn’t it be – just look at the dressssssss <3

Seriously this dress is perfect for winter. The fabric is thick and sturdy, sleeves are longer, and the velvety details are simply BEAUTIFUL. For understandable reasons this dress has been sold out at Simply Be twice already, but as I just looked, they do have most sizes in stock right now – check it out here! I seriously hope that Simply Be will bring it back for third round, because this dress is a total stunner and every girl deserves to have one. I am in love, and I seriously want to wear this dress every day <3. I actually might HAVE TO dress it down to work some day this week with biker boots and jacket… and can you blame me?
