Hello my lovelies,

Here I am, in the Big Apple! I had kind of forgotten how much I actually love this city, but when Dani and I took the Staten Island Ferry earlier today it all came back when I saw the view of lower Manhattan and the Brooklyn Bridge. Nothing but LOVE.

The day was hot and humid, but so gorgeous comparing to what the weather in the UK has been. So I’m not complaining at all! I wore my trusty green, long maxi dress from Old Navy, with a Primark crop top, Evans sandals and amazingggg new bag from Primark. (Sian was so excited about hers when I met her, and I had to get one too. I think it’s my favourite bag from Primark ever.)

Once again it’s Wednesday, and I’m sure you know it’s Fatshion Faceoff time! If you’re new to the blog, please see here what Fatshion Faceoff is about :). I have missed a few weeks of the challenge, sorry for that. Life just got in the way, and work has been really busy. But anyway, this week’s item was chosen by me, and I chose a red bag.

I LOVE this bag. It was a find from Evans sale, and actually Mouna and Dani have this same bag too.. haha, I wonder if we all post it tonight ;). I was lucky to get these heels and this Live Unlimited top from Evans for New York, and this look is also featured at the Evans blog (thank you Evans) along with a few other looks! I’m looking forward to wearing this outfit for one of the day events at FFFW, as adding the shorts makes it more casual.

Channelling 90′s

Hello my lovies,

I’ve been busy lately, trying to juggle work, seeing friends, and planning what to pack to New York.. so you can imagine that I haven’t had too much time for taking outfit photos – boo :(. Good thing about this is that I can share the second post of the looks that I shot with the lovely Diana of Fashion Loves Photos.

Crop tops are everywhere this season, and I found this one from Primark, reduced to £3! It’s also very generous, mine is size 18 (and usually I need 24 tops for my boobs). The hi-tops are from ASOS sale, and together with the top they make this outfit very 90′s – and I love that :)!

Paisley Dreams

Hello lovies,

If you follow my Instagram and Twitter, you might have seen hints and previews about the shoot I had with my lovely and talented friend Diana. I wanted something new to my blog, and she kindly helped me.. I absolutely loved having a professional taking my photos, and of course it was a bonus to have a nice girly day with a friend while doing that!

So, here is the first of the looks that we shot. These were taken at a quiet street in Hampstead, which is my favourite part of London. I wore this gorgeous paisley print dress from ASOS Curve, it’s one of my favourites because of its shape, and the fact that there’s extra ‘puff’ under the skirt ;). I teamed it up with black cropped blazer from Torrid, black wedges, and this funky and supercute necklace that was kindly sent to me from Pieces of the Past.
