Hey lovelies,

I was happy to be invited to Evans Shape Studio event last week. I had a great time chatting away with my fellow bloggers, and it’s always a pleasure to see the Evans ladies. There was racks of new collection clothes for Evans, and even a new label called Scarlett & Jo. We were happy to try the clothes on and have our photos taken in by a photographer – there was a lot of posing happening, like you can imagine.. it was a room full of bloggers after all ;).

These are a few of my photos, including a hilarious shot of Caroline, Georgina and me ;D! I wore a Live Unlimited top, Scarlett & Jo leggings and Dorothy Perkins Kardashian Kollection heels. All coming this Spring – Scarlett & Jo on 5th February and Live Unlimited on 25th of March – CAN’T WAIT!

After the lovely event I went for dinner with gorgeous ladies Caroline and Isha, which really was a perfect ending for a great day! Before we left Isha snapped these pics of my outfit that evening, thank you lady. I wore my awesome sale buy from ASOS Curve, I LOVE the print on this dress, so beautiful and vibrant. I wanted it to shine, so wore it with black, black and black, with the exception of the metallic plate in this cool belt ;).

SS13: TOMS – and an OOTD

Hey my lovelies,

A couple of months ago I was invited to see the Spring/Summer 2013 collection for TOMS footwear and eyewear. I was really excited to go, since my two pairs of TOMS are my comfiest shoes, and I love them! I also love the fact that for every pair of shoes TOMS gives a pair for a child in need, and for every pair of sunglasses they give a person a sight (glasses, doctor’s appointment or a surgery). This is really amazing, and I’m personally happy to pay more for their items since I know that they are doing good deeds.

So much prettiness in the TOMS SS13 collection, isn’t there?!

I fell even more in love with the brand after seeing the beautiful wedges, and the new GORGEOUS ballet flats. The eyewear surprised me completely, the styles are trendy and absolutely amazing – the team kindly offered to send me a pair of my choice, and I had real trouble choosing! I ended up choosing the Maverick, and when I received them a few weeks ago I just HAD TO shoot an outfit featuring them. I ADORE this pair.

SS13: Next

Hi my lovelies,

I was happy to be invited to the Next SS13 pressday a couple of weeks ago, and I can tell you that they have amazing stuff coming for next season. The shoes, bags and jewellery were to die for!

Looking awesome, right? Sadly there was no plus size items on show, so I emailed Next and asked to see some product images to show you all. I received them last week and was positively surprised. (The model pictures unfortunately are main range sized, but no worries, I was assured that these same items will be available in plus range!)

I seriously want that sweater in every colour, and the last dress is DIVINE. What do you all think? Will you be shopping at Next next season?

Evans Swan A/W preview

I was one of the bloggers invited to the preview event of the Evans Clements Ribeiro Swan Autumn/Winter collection last Thursday. I had a really great time chatting to my fellow bloggers and the lovely Evans ladies Carina and Claire, and of course we all were talking about the new items for coming season.

So ok, let me be honest.. I didn’t like the Clements Ribeiro Spring/Summer collection AT ALL. Ok that’s a lie, I did love the black Adele-dress, but it was way too long for my taste. But in general the collection was very far from what I like in clothes. All the prints and lengths reminded me of my grandma’s and their friends, and that put me off. I guess that’s how grandma’s dresses in the 80′s in Finland ;). This is just my opinion though, and I know that many other bloggers loved the range. Anyway, I was really eager to see the Autumn/Winter collection and if it would change my mind about Swan. And you know what, it kinda did! There was 6 pieces that I really loved, tops and dresses with beautiful lace details and contrast finishes. …And the gorgeous lacy pencil skirt. Instant love.

Here’s me trying on the skirt. It looks gorgeous, doesn’t it? Sadly the fit was a bit wrong in that sample, so I will have to go to try it on when the collection is in stores.
