OOTD: A dress full of woof

My blog looks different, as you can see! I changed to a simpler theme, and I really like it. I do have my own design coming up, but I need someone to code it, so it will take a while :/. Hope you guys like this change though :). I have also started a Facebook page for the blog, and opened an Instagram account. Please give me a like/follow, I like to have more platforms where to interact with you guys :).

Like some of you might have noticed (if you follow me on Twitter/Tumblr) that I’ve had an absolutely crappy week. I feel that all I have been doing is whine and cry, which is just total crap. I want to apologize for that, and I hope I haven’t lost all my followers.. I just can’t fake being cheery when I’m not.

So today I needed to run some errands, mostly returning some online purchases to stores (yay, at least getting some money back), and I was feeling gloomy (like the HORRIBLE weather).. But you know how clothing can sometimes make you feel better? Well that’s what happened when I saw this dress in (you guessed it..) Primark! I saw this dress and started manically look for my size. Didn’t find 20, but took a look at 18 and saw it was roomy = instant smile :). Went to try it on and smiled even more, and left the store with my new dress. I plan on wearing this to work on Monday, but decided to do a post now, since wearing the dress makes me feel better :)

Dress: 18, Primark (similar with bird print)

Belt: from a New Look Inspire dress (similar)

Bag: George at ASDA (similar)

Leggings: 20, Primark

Headband: Forever 21 // Glasses: LensWay

Shoes: Primark (similar, similar, similar)

Lookie at this cute pattern!!!

This dress is also my first ever white dress, and my first ever Peter Pan-collared dress! I have been scared of both, but the pattern won me over… and when I tried it on I realised I was scared for nothing. I thought that the collar is going to suffocate my boobs, but they look fine, haha ;D!

Have you got a dress with a cute pattern? And how do you feel about Peter Pan collars?

  1. Adorable! You always find the best stuff at Primark, we really need on here in TX! LOL :) I love the print, it reminds me of my little dachshund Lucy that I used to have. Sweetest dog ever, seriously. And you look fab in a peter pan collar! I just bought my first PP collar dress, and I love it. So girlie and pretty, and you can’t really help but be cheered up in a pretty dress, ya know? Hope things start turning around for you, babe! <3

Thanks Dani, and seriously THANK YOUUUU for listening to me whine and whine. I really do hope that things start turning around. I love you lady <3

  2. Suits you miss! Love the print. I have never bought anything with a peter pan collar, but not for any specific reason…just haven’t found the right item (at the right price).

Thank you lovely :). Yeah, I guess that is my reason really as well.. but this was the cutest print and the dress was £10 ;))) xx

Thank you Valerie :)! Yeah the pattern is the cutest I’ve seen in ages! Good luck in finding it, and have a nice time here in London :) xx

  4. Such a cute dress! I wish we had a Primark in the US. I can never find such cute patterns (in plus size) here or dresses/tops with collars.

Aww I know. In my opinion EVERY country should have Primark :D. Primark doesn’t have a plus range though, their stuff goes up to 20 (US18). This dress is roomy though, and I could fit into an 18! The pattern is super cute though, I had to buy it! x
