Hello my lovelies,

You might remember a few posts (here and here) from while ago that were shot by my lovely and talented friend Diana? Well back in May we shot three looks, and here is the last of them finally. I wanted to save this one for later, and now when autumn seems to be on the way I feel that it’s right time to post this. These photos remind me of the start of summer and I’m just not ready to give up on it yet, haha ;)

These photos were taken in a Pergola that is part of Golders Hill Park in North London, and it is such a gorgeous location, or what do you think? I need to try and get another shoot with Diana there before the snow falls.. I’m thinking I should go for a princessy look.. ;)

OOTD: Proudly pale

Hey my lovelies,

I have previously written about comments I got on Facebook about my pale legs.. I didn’t really care about that, as I’m not one who’d ever use fake tan or such. I do like to look tanned, but somehow my legs never catch the rays. This spring I have decided to bare my legs more, and maybe that will help.. the sun just needs to start shining SOON.

bonprix kindly sent me these gorgeous blazer (I’m a HUGE fan of their blazers, you’ve seen the floral one before) and skirt, and I teamed them up with a – SHOCK, HORROR – a bandeau top! I am totally aware that this outfit would look better if I was tanned, but I decided to be proudly pale ;)

I’m sure you know that blazers are the new love of my life, I just can’t have enough of them! And this gorgeous floral one from bonprix definitely needs a new outing at the blog (already posted in here). I wore this outfit on Saturday, when I had a lovely afternoon shopping and having dinner with my flatmate.

OOTD: Spring is on its way

Today was such a beautiful and sunny day, it made me feel like spring is just around the corner :). Even though I’m now suffering with a cold and tucked under duvets, I decided that it is finally time for this post. A while ago I was asked by Best British Bloggers if I was interested in banishing the winter blues with combining a bright item from bonprix with items from my wardrobe. I was certainly interested, since I hadn’t heard about bonprix before – and I love finding new brands! I was sent a list of items to choose from, and when I saw this blazer, I was in love!

It’s funny how much I have changed during this year of blogging. A year ago I would have never imagined to wear something so eye-catching as that blazer, but now I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it and try it on. The anticipation got even greater when Best British Bloggers tweeted this tweet – it sounded really amazing! And the blazer didn’t disappoint, oh no, the colours are beautiful and vibrant, and the fit is great too. I chose size 24, and it is a bit big on the shoulders and a bit snug on the belly.. which to me tells that it is true to size, since I am at least 4 sizes around different parts of my body ;).

I wore the blazer with bright blue jeans, bright blue clutch and black and white top, adding some more brights into the mix and finishing with monochrome.
